Overview:
An end-to-end 3D character pipeline optimized for live broadcast and viewer interactivity.
Architected a 52-blendshape rig for sub-100ms latency. Optimized URP textures in Substance for a production-ready, real-time capture pipeline.
PROCESS - Building for performance.
The technical workflow spanned Daz Studio, high-poly ZBrush sculpting, Substance Painter for texturing, topology optimization, and rigging in Blender.
This asset was then fully rigged for ARKit tracking and programmed within Unity and Warudo using custom blueprints to react dynamically to live data inputs.
